She is also a Strategic Marketing and Business Creativity Consulting specialist , with over 20 years of experience in senior Marketing and Business Consulting roles across global organizations such as Visa Intl , HSBC Bank Middle East and American Express. A certified professional in Creative Thinking Techniques from the Dyson School of Design Engineering , Imperial College London , Divyata has successfully navigated the fields of both Business and Creativity and is ideally positioned to lead the Creative Business Consulting Practice at IdeaTree.

Chief Creativity Consultant
Leona Collins MDes is a Creative Director, Designer and published Illustrator with over 20 years’ experience in the creative industries across UAE, UK, Ireland and Morocco. Her diverse portfolio includes original artwork and designs from fashion, textiles and interiors to graphics and illustration. As a Senior Design Professional, she has successfully delivered creative work for a variety of clients across retail, hospitality, travel and corporate training all while training her design team and inspiring creative design. She has also exhibited art across Dubai and the UK and has completed several private commissions. An experienced art & design educator, she has delivered courses at American University Dubai and Heriot-Watt University (UK). Leona teaches artistic expression and visual communication through art-based exercises designed to access the emotional creative, innovative parts of the brain. She helps you find your artistic voice and unlock your flow state.
